we gots our hairs cut

Say goodbye to the everyday ponytail. (In my case anyways.)

We had different stylists, but ended up with similar cuts after telling the stylists to do "whatever."

When I got home Sawyer looked me up and down and said "Is that you Mommy?"..."You got more hair?" (I think he thinks I went and bought it like a wig.)

Erin - the before picture makes your head look like it's not even attached to your body. it's like... really big compared to your neck... it looks strange.

But your (and mollie's) hair looks nice - too back I couldn't get mine chopped off with you. but all three of us with short hair would be weiiiiird.

Yes, it does look that way Megan. We were trying to take one quick because that is the stylist waiting in the background. I had Bryce take a couple "befores" before I left home, but then discovered there was no card in the camera. So that was the best I had.

I thought you hair(s) were cute. Dad saw the pictures and said "ooohhh" Guys always think girls should have long hair. I don't know why.

We sat right across from Mr D. (principal at CMS but I didn't want him to find your blog if he Googled himself) at 99. He said to say hi to you and told us he'd seen a lot of kids go through the school but our kids were not only bright but good kids. He said you were special and I said we thought so too!

I LOVE it! Now I want to cut mine off again ... I'm already tired of trying to grow it out.

The stylist wanted to cut it shorter...but I said my husband would probably not appreciate that. He said husbands "are the bane of [his] existence."

Holy crap you got a lot of hairs cut! I never thought you and your sisters looked that much alike, but wow, with that hair cut I thought Mollie was you for a second.
Anyway, I think you both look superb.
And I am impressed you did not come back with the Utah poof. How did you manage that?
Funny that your sylist said husbands were the bane of his existence.
Many a husband has ruined a good hair cut.
I know mine has.

SOOOOOOO cute! I remember when you cut your hair similar to this a few years ago and I loved it! Bangs are good on you. If only I was gutsy...

The stylist would love Randy. He is the only guy I know who actually wants me to cut my hair. (Well, maybe there are random guys at school who have a sense of style and are horrified by MY daily ponytail...) Anyway, Yours looks FAB.

Me gusta mucho. I like people who are brave about their hair - it shows a healthy lack of inflated sense of self importance. It's not the only way to identify soul sisters, but it's a good one!
