Erin, I was so grateful that I had the chance to be, well, three blocks away from the inauguration. The more I think about it, the more I realize what a phenomenal, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity it was...any part of it. Thank you for giving your brother the impetus to make the trek across the country (because I was seriously considering making the attempt, even without tickets, and at the very least, I was glad not to do it alone).
It has been a long time since the Bar Exam so I guess I'll update this in a post.
Please note: due to the presence of small, but remarkably loud, children, my book choices are dictated by whatever happens to be on the shelf nearest the door. Clearly, I am not very selective.

The Giver: I've read this before, but I got it for Christmas and read it again before bed last night (it is short). I think it is the most memorable and thought-provoking young adult book I've ever read. I still remembered a lot of the details from it even though the last time I read it was over a decade ago.
