Mooooooooooommmmmmm!!!!

Sorry for all the times you were referred to as "Mooooooommmmmm" in the tattle-tale/I-want-something voice.

Anyways...

Happy Mother's Day Mom! Thanks for not strangling us as children...even though I'm sure you wanted to many, many times.

You may have tangible wealth untold;
Caskets of jewels and coffers of gold.
Richer than I you can never be -
I had a mother who read to me.

- Strickland Gillilan (1869-1954)

And to my boys: thanks for letting me be your mom...not that you have any choice in the matter.

I love the old-fashioned card. I also had a mother who read to me. Once when I was in high school I was sick for a week and I reminded my mom how she always used to read to me when I was sick and she asked if I wanted her to read to me and I said yes so she even read to me when I was in high school.
